Placed it on charge, everything as described, but it doesn't work. I contacted the seller, but they didn't refund my money. Terrible service, I won't order again.

Box of item arrived completely open as if they didn't bother to seal it properly for some people. The bar/steel is completely dented, it's very fragile. I used the brush after 3 hours of charging for 6 minutes and the red light started to turn on indicating low battery. It only works if you want to clean, you have to press on the brush, is this really worth it? Not really, I give this a 4/10 unfortunately. Boring item.

The brush works and has 2 speed modes, not tested yet. Even though the brush is functional, the product does not match the description. The description states that it is a 9-in-1 set, but there are only 7 attachments in the package.

Terrible experience. Once you plug in one of the heads/brush it is impossible to take it out.

The patent is just not working well. I tried to pull it in several different ways and it eventually detached the spinning unit connected to the motor. I tried to push it back in but it wont lach into to nothing and now i just have a non-working product.



I bought two, and i am afraid to pull the other one's head, so it works, but i am stuck with just one head on it forever now.
